🍌🥜 🍫 Funky Monkey Smoothie- this is my all time FAVE. I use the smoothie recipe, freeze it, then pop it in the Ninja Creami. Smoothie or creami- both are great! I added @fiberone cereal for crunch and to add fiber to make it more filling.

🍴 Skout Bar - Needed something between meals. These are a date based bar. They sent me some to try, they're technically a "kids" bar but fab for adults when ya need somethin' like. Texture is really good!

🥗 Salad kit nachos- I used leftover buffalo chicken dip that needed to be used as the protein then added chips for carb. A salad kit alone would NOT fill me. I aim for 3 macronutrients for a filling meal.

🥄 Afternoon snacks - Apparently I wanted crunch today! Different chip + cottage cheese (my fave filing dip- adding a bit of protein and fat to a carb!) then I wanted sweet and fruity... ate some fig jam out of the jar 😅 🤷♀️

🥪 Crispy brussels sprout + corn tacos w/ chix tenders- holy WOW these were good! promise they're easy too! I like to have some meat with my meal more often than not, I enjoy it and the protein is filling, so I popped chicken tenders into the air fryer- I been loving @realgoodfoods- super fresh and juicy!

🥣 Death by chocolate trifle - Finished the small bit we had left from this. I made it for dinner with friends and it's always a HIT! My go-to! I have something sweet most nights- totes okay! I was pretty full so this was the perfect amount.
