Bangunan ini terbagi menjadi 3 bagian berbeda: mal Pacific Place bertingkat enam, pusat perkantoran One Pacific Place, dan tiga menara hotel The Ritz-Carlton Pacific Place. Semuanya dibangun pada 2005 dalam sebuah proyek senilai US$250 juta, tetapi dengan desain yang diubah. Mal dibuka bulan November 2007.
