Today I want to share with you my Sweet Potato Rice recipe. I love RICE so much that I eat it every day! I add various ingredients to enjoy rice. This is one of them and this is my favorite. I love to serve it with spicy food like Kochujan chicken or Kimchi pork. And also, I make Onigiri for my lunch.
Sweet potato contains vitamins and minerals that white rice doesn’t. And it also contains fiber to cleanse your colon. You will benefit from Sweet Potato Rice.
The secret I haven’t gained weight for 20 years:
1) Eat food that contains fiber
2) Eat food that makes you happy
3) Good quality real food
1 cup short grain rice (180ml)
200~250g Sweet Potato
a pinch of salt
200 ml water
