FROZEN VEGETABLES STIR FRY
8 to 16 oz. frozen vegetables
3 tablespoons peanut oil (or other cooking oil)
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 to 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 to 3 tablespoons Chinese oyster sauce
Cooking instructions:
Put frozen vegetables in a large bowl. Pour boiling water over the vegetables
once or twice to thaw out the vegetables. Put vegetables in a strainer to dry
out vegetables.
Preheat a wok or pan at medium heat. Turn heat setting to high. Add cooking oil. Then
add the chopped ginger and chopped garlic. Stir fry for 15 seconds. Add frozen vegetables
and stir fry. Then add salt, light soy sauce and Chinese oyster sauce. Do final stir fry, until all the vegetables are heated through. Serve with hot steamed rice if you like. Enjoy!
