This is a salmon recipe with creamed spinach stuffed in the middle. we will pan sear the salmon before oven baking the fish until thoroughly cooked.

you will need:
salmon
creamed spinach
salt
pepper
Italian seasoning
2tbs butter melted
1/2 teaspoon garlic
(lemon optional)

Remove skin from salmon. Cut a slit into side of the salmon creating a pocket. Season all sides of fish with salt pepper and Italian seasoning. Stuff the creamed spinach into the salmon. Add oil to skillet. Sear the top of salmon flip then bake for 10 minutes into a oven heated to 350. Remove from oven then top with the melted butter and garlic combination(mix in bowl b4 drizzling over salmon)
