Keto Pecan Pie:

1 1/2 sticks of butter
1/2 cup Magic Baker Brown: [ Ссылка ]
1/2 cup Magic Baker: [ Ссылка ]
1 1/2 t vanilla extract OR 1 t vanilla extract AND 1/2 t maple extract
1/4 teaspoon salt: I use [ Ссылка ]
3 large good quality eggs
2 cups pecan halves or pecan pieces
Pie Shield: [ Ссылка ]

Make the crust and let it cool: [ Ссылка ]
Or, get your favorite keto crust. Melt the butter In a large saucepan over medium heat, add in both sweeteners and stir it up until the sweeteners have dissolved. Simmer and cook for 3 or 4 minutes, until it gets darker and thicker. Remove from the heat and let it cool. Once it's cool, add in the vanilla and maple, salt, and then stir in the eggs until smooth and well combined. (Make sure that mixture is cool first!) Put the pecans in the crust and pour the syrup mixture over the top. Put the pie shield [ Ссылка ] over the crust to keep it from burning. Put it in the oven and bake it for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the pie is pretty much set but the middle still jiggles a little. Let it cool all the way. Enjoy!
