From downdog jump through on an inhale with the left leg folded back, right knee up in the air. With an exhale, do a twist to the right, reach around right leg and clasp for 5 breaths. Drishti = side.
Inhale to bring gaze around to the front and then release with hands to the floor and lifting. Exhale as you take a vinyasa and then repeat on the second side. After the second side, a vinyasa to downdog.
