Welcome to my channel! I wanted to share my standard & realistic morning routine with you. Now that the sun is rising earlier here in Australia, I usually wake up at 5:30am, clear my head at the beach, workout and eat a healthy breakfast before work. I try to be as productive as possible in the morning to get myself set up for the day. I'm not super fancy with my routine, just practical and sustainable, easy to stick to.
