assalamu alaikum dear viewers this is Waqas Ahmed Inspector inland revenue in FBR Pakistan in this video I am going to share a very important I am going to talk about a very important issues and that is the Nil pilots of those person who foil that income tax return by assets Nil liabilities and immediately after filing the Nil returns they go for purchase of any kind of the property, be getting them registered on Active Taxpayer list of the FBR.

and thus they save their tax or pay the tax at the reduced rate or lower rates.
but as soon as such economic activity that is purchase of property or any kind of investment comes into the knowledge of FBR the assessing officer of the concerned universe issues a notice intersection 122(9) for imposition of correct amount of text by making an edition of value of such property or investment into the income of the tax payer and calculate the use amount of tax and tax payer then becomes liable to pay such huge amount of taxes.
