In this ZILDJIAN WORKOUT episode, Paul Nalesnik works on stick control and timing using 8th/triplet and 16th/triplet subdivisions with single and double stroke combinations. It may start off easy, but it gets more difficult as you work your way through the exercises - AND as it speeds up!
