Kendyl Beschen tells why she's a Vital Living Ambassador.
I'm a Vital Living ambassador because I'm passionate about sharing music, yoga and medicine ceremonies with the community.
Kendyl is a mother, a yogi, a musician and a Kambô practitioner.
Kendyl Beschen is trained and certified by the International Association of Kambo Practitioners (IAKP) and apprenticed with an organization that lived with the Matses tribe in Peru and learned this ancient tradition directly from the people in the Amazon jungle. She believes in healing that addresses the whole person – mind, body, and spirit.
Kendyl has a Master's Degree in Education and was trained by Sri Dharma Mittra in New York in 2009. She has been teaching yoga, pranayama, and meditiation on the North Shore of Oahu for 12 years. She loves to weave music into her yoga classes and her Kambô ceremonies.
She writes songs, sings, plays Hawaiian Slack Key guitar, ukulele, bass, drums, and sound bowls. She also teaches music classes and workshops. She is an advanced Reiki practitioner, and practices Lomi Lomi. She integrates these various healing modalities to serve her clients.
