There has been an increasing trend towards utilising ultra-wide field, non-contact fundus photography systems like the Optos P200DTx, especially in paediatric patients. As a challenging population, this requires the use of techniques such as modification of the equipment, development of specific holds and positioning of the child. These are described in the video, namely 'Flying Baby', 'Back-to-front', 'Rear headlock' and standing/seated positions.
