RECIPE:
2 cups Fresh Cauliflower chopped
1 cup Jalapeños Peppers chopped
( you can used jarred)
2 cups Cherry Tomatoes quartered
1 Cup Raisins
1 Can Chick Peas (drained)
Put all above ingredients in hot pan with some Avacodo oil or olive oil. Cover & Heat for 25 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
Watch it doesn't burn.
Dipping Sauce:
1 Cup Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup Honey
Mix well
Corn Tortillas:
2 Cups of Masa Harina Corn Flour
Pinch of Sea Salt
1/2 Cup of Water
Mix with hand in a bowl until forms
A dough. Make 3 balls
Cut balls of dough in half
Flatten by putting in between parchment
Paper. Use heavy iron pan and push down
To flatten. Or use a Tortillas Press
Once flattened put on hot pan for
One minute each side ( watch doesn't burn)
Put in a covered dish with damp towel over Tortillas to keep from drying out.
