The KOSMO modular format from @LOOKMUMNOCOMPUTER is awesome, and I've had a rather... interesting journey from failure to great success in building the modules. Interfacing it with my Eurorack or other gear was a bit of a pain though, so I built my first completely DIY module to let me easily connect up to test equipment, and other bits and bobs. Here's what I did.
