this scene is from Persona 4 Arena! here we have the point of view of Yosuke, where he encounters Yu Narukami in a maze where people seemingly are not in their right mind. Won't give away spoilers, but I def recommend playing this game!
Not only is the story full of great moments, the gameplay is probably the most fun in the series, on par with Persona 5 Strikers. Super clean, very enjoyable, great spinoff overall
