I love mobility training. I started practicing Capoeira when I was a kid, and I practiced it for years before I started doing BJJ. I we have capoflow training at our academy to help our students to develop mobility, agility, coordination, Spatial awareness and Peripheral vision to take their BJJ to the next level.
Mobility training can improve the range of motion of our joints and muscles. It can assist in improving our posture. Mobility training can alleviate 'everyday' aches and pains as well as improve our body awareness.
