If we’re talking about Flash drive you will know it clear and Flash drive such as Pen drive or external hard drive that come with FAT32 file system, it can’t support file transfer which have more than 4GB, so if you want to transfer or copy large file you need to convert it first to NTFS file system. For converting FAT32 to NTFS is too easy way that you can do by formatting your Pen drive or External hard drive but you will lose your data, so we can choose other way that can work as formatting by converting FAT32 to NTFS file system without any losing data.

Steps to Convert FAT32 to NTFS
Insert your flash drive or external hard drive into your PC, and now I try with my Flash drive (F):
• Go Window Start and type CMD and run as administrator
• Now type command chkdsk F: /f (F is the letter of the drive) it will check the disk error and if any found then it will fixes them automatically.
• After that type following command Convert F: /FS:NTFS and Enter. Where F is the letter of the drive to be converted
• Now this command will start the conversion process and after few minutes it will say that conversion is successful.
• Now you can check your flash drive to make sure. So now you are done.
NOTE:
This tip only can convert FAT/FAT32 to NTFS but it does not works on reverse process means it can’t convert NTFS to FAT/FAT32. In order to convert back into FAT/FAT32 just format the drive.
