Ingredients
• 2 lbs chicken wings
• 2 tbsp arrowroot starch
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1/3 cup melted ghee
• 1/3 cup + 2 Tbsp whole30 compliant sauce, I used buffalo and bbq sauce from Primal Kitchen
for the ranch dip:
• 1/2 cup whole 30 mayo
• 3 Tbsp coconut cream
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 2 tsp dried chives
• 1/4 tsp dried dill
• 3/4 tsp fresh lemon juice or lime
• salt to tast
Directions:
-Preheat oven to 425
-Pat try wings
-Mix wings with 2 tbsp arrowroot starch, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder ,1/4 tsp salt.
-Line baking sheet with foil then place wire rack over it
-Line coated wings on wire rack
-Bake wings for 35 minutes
While wings are baking prepare the wing sauce and ranch dip.
Wing Sauce:
Melt ghee and mix in buffalo sauce.
After wings have baked for 35 minutes, coat them in wing sauce and place wings back in the oven for 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Take wings out and coat them in remainder of the sauce. Place wings back in the over for another 5 minutes or 15 for extra crispy.
for the ranch dip:
Mix all ingredients together.
