In this video I show you all of the collectible locations (dogtags & weapons) for the campaign mission 'South China Sea' in Battlefield 4. There are a total of 19 dogtags and 16 hidden weapons which will earn you the 'Recon' achievement/trophy and will count towards the 'Full Arsenal' achievement/trophy also.
