•.1 Banana
•.Handful of Ice
•. 1/2 pint of milk
•. 2 tsp of honey

RECIPE
•. Chope 1 banana into chunks
•. Put banana chunks into a blender
•. Add 1/2 pint of milk to blender
•. Add 2 tsp of honey
•. Blend until smooth
•. Pour and enjoy!
