Cateva din ultimele mele iesiri la pescuit si ce am reusit sa prind.Pentru prima data gatim si mancam anghila,Misgurnus fossilis .un peste nu tocmai aratos dar extreme de gustos si cu foarte putine oase.Este un peste care se prinde destul de rar si in multe tari este specie protejata pentru ca a devenit foarte rar. Eu am fost norocos sa-l prind ,nu a fost intentia mea de a prinde asa ceva.Va salut si sper sa reusesc sa postez mai des.Un share m-ar ajuta enorm in incercarea mea de a va prezenta retete romanesti si preparate inedite

Some of my last fishing excursions and what we have managed to catch. For the first time we cook and eat eel, Misgurnus fossilis. Not very goodlooking fish but extremely tasty and with very few bones. It is a fish that is caught quite rarely and in many countries it is protected because it has become very rare.
