Ingredients: Makes a 1 & 1/2 lb loaf
1 cup of water
1/4 cup of sour cream (mix this into the water)
1 & 1/2 TBSP Vegetable Oil
2 TBSP Molasses
1 & 1/2 Tsp salt
1 TBSP Caraway seeds
2 cups bread flour
1 & 1/4 cups rye flour Plus 2 TBSP rye flour
1 TBSP instant yeast
