Left side sill pre-fit, assembly and weld to car. I used Harbor Freight butt weld clamps and copper sheet backup along the weld line in front. I used an Eastwood 135 amp Mig welder with a spot welding nozzle to pre-assemble the sill outer box section to the sill plate which extends the full length of the sill opening.
