This video shows complete intraluminal occlusion with thrombus formation in the common femoral vein, popliteal vein. Compressibility, augmentation, and color flow as well as Doppler flow was not demonstrated within the common femoral vein and popliteal vein. Hyperechoic fat lobules separated by hypoechoic fluid-filled areas typically known as ‘cobblestone’ appearance also noted in left lower leg.
