It can be easy to feel that no one really cares about us.

Asking for help is tough.

But no one was “self-made”, we all are part of each-other’s support systems. So how do you get comfortable asking?

In this actionable video, I will share a few simple rules of getting help from people, and make the process joyful for the one helping you out as well. We all, of course, grow when we #help others grow.
