In November 2022 we drove from North to South in the Kruger National Park in 10 days. In Kruger you are allowed to drive around on paved or gravel streets. You are not allowed to go on certain unpaved roads, but this is well signposted. Spring starts in South Africa in November, so everything starts to turn nice green again, but it is not yet so dense that you cannot see the wild animals, so it is an ideal month to go to Kruger. We saw a lot of wildlife on our trip. The Kruger National Park is definitely recommended for those who want to go on Safari and is also very affordable and you do not need a 4-wheel drive, although it is sometimes easy. The lodges in Kruger are also neat and can be booked through SANParks.
