Try these ginger and lemon shots to help aid in digestion, boost your immune system and help reduce your blood sugar levels.
We made these shots using just a blender (we use Ninja Professional Plus Blender) a nut milk and a bowl.
Ingredients:
5-6 pieces of ginger
2 lemons
1/2 cup water
Directions:
Step 1: Clean and cut ginger and lemons
Step 2: Place the chopped produce in the blender
Step 3: Add 1/2 cup distilled water to the blender
Step 4: Blend until smooth
Step 5: Place the nut milk bag on the top of a bowl and pour the juice through it.
Step 6: Squeeze with your hands until all the juice is in the bowl.
Step 7: Pour in glass and enjoy!
