Initially, we were planning to stay at W Shanghai for my birthday. And due to some last minute changes, we decided to change our stay to The Shanghai EDITION.
Honestly, I was a little excited and also nervous about how our stay would go. This would actually be our very first EDITION. A new brand to start a new year. And boy this stay is nothing but amazing.
Although it wasn’t as loud as we would expected from a W celebration, EDITION wasn’t too shabby too. And it grows into you slowly.
One thing that is worth mentioning about Shanghai EDITION is all of their F&B outlets. A total of 9 bars, and 3 restaurants. And 2 of the restaurants are helmed by Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton. And our whole week here was just filled with mind blowing, mouth watering experience.
And if this is the standards of what an EDITION hotels is like, I’m already falling in love with the brand!
