Alleviate sudden and intense leg cramps effectively with this Jin Shin Jyutsu quick hold.
To ease cramping, simply place your right fingers on the center of the back of your right knee, and your left fingers on the center of your left knee.
Relax your hands and maintain this hold until you feel relief.
For an alternative approach, cross your arms and place your fingertips on the opposite center of the back of each knee.
If you experience cramping in your left leg, use the uncrossed position, and for the right leg, try the crossed position.
Should one hold not provide immediate relief, switch to the other.
