Grated Coconut (തേങ്ങ ചിരണ്ടിയത്) - ½ Cup
Cumin Seeds (ചെറിയ ജീരകം) - ½ Teaspoon
Cardamom (ഏലക്ക) - 6 Nos
Rice Flour (അരിപ്പൊടി) - 2 Cup (300 gm)
Water (വെള്ളം) - ½ + 1½ + ¾ Cup (685 ml)
Crushed Jaggery (ശർക്കര പൊടിച്ചത്) - 1½ Cup (250 gm)
Coconut Oil (വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ) - 1 Tablespoon
Ghee / Clarified Butter (നെയ്യ്) - 1 Tablespoon
Thinly Sliced Coconut (തേങ്ങാക്കൊത്ത്) - ¼ Cup
Sliced Shallots (ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി) - ½ Cup
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - ¼ Teaspoon
Baking Soda (ബേക്കിംഗ് സോഡാ) - ½ Teaspoon
