STORYLINE:
Ukrainian soldier Mykola Mosyakyn wanders through the abandoned medical clinic, pointing to the rooms where he says he was not treated, but tortured.
"A bag was on my head," he says, re-enacting the scene in a grim pantomime. "Here they electrocuted us. Here they beat us."
When Ukrainian forces retook the city of Izium, they discovered hundreds of graves.
They also found a network of torture chambers used by the Russians during their six-month occupation.
"I hung by handcuffs," the 38-year-old Izium man says, showing his scarred wrists. "They beat me with sticks. They hit me with their hands, they kicked me, they put out cigarettes on me."
He lifts his shirt to reveal his scarred back.
They expect that number to reach the dozens.
