In a big blow to former Kerala Chief Minister, Oommen Chandy, the Judicial commission probing the solar scam has found the involvement of Chandy. Meanwhile, Kerala Chief Minister, Pinarayi Vijayan has revealed that the Government has decided to register a vigilance case against Oommen Chandy.
