This video is to explain the use of the extra Dressage aids that riders often forget. These aids include the core, belly-button, thigh, and chest. I have produced a video that just covers the hands and the many different ways to use them. The link to this video is [ Ссылка ]
This video also gives you two exercises to improve your position. Standing in your stirrups helps the rider balance down into the leg and gain a softer seat and a more effective leg position. Sitting to the trot is hard work on most horses and it is fabulous to engage the core of the rider. I recommend every Dressage rider practice sitting trot every schooling for short spells being able to build them up gradually.
