This is a day of nature and relaxation in Houston, when I finally got the chance to check out Hines Waterwall Park and Memorial Land Bridge Park. Hines Waterwall Park is a super impressive man made urban waterfall located in the Galleria and Uptown area of Houston. It's been closed for renovation or various other things when I've been in Houston before, so I was excited to finally get a chance to check it out. After that I went to check out another new thing in Houston, the land bridge that opened in Memorial Park in February 2023. It was made to connect humans and other animals between the north and south sides of the park. It was a pretty cool thing to see, and another day of some Houston bucket list items checked off. While in the area I went up to Porter to play a gig at DECA Beer Company. Good Times.
