Street Debate: Our 77 Percent reporter Edith Kimani is the city of Gulu in Northern Uganda, where many refugees have been resettled as part of the country's refugee program. Uganda hosts more refugees than any other African country, but it costs a lot of money to take care of all of these people and Uganda can't afford it all on its own. Edith Kimani asks locals about what they think of the country's generous refugee policies.
