Music Director Marin Alsop and French Pianist Jean-Yves Thibaudet bring you a jazz-filled program of classic Gershwin, featuring his groundbreaking Rhapsody in Blue in its original orchestration for jazz orchestra and piano solo. Also on the program is the grander Concerto in F in the version created for Paul Whiteman's big band and the "I Got Rhythm" variations.
