Ingredients:
Bottle gourd/Lauki(grated)-300 gms
Gram flour(besan)-100 gm
Garlic cloves(peeled)-12 to 15
Ginger(chopped)-2 inch
Onion (chopped)-2(medium)
Tomato (chopped)-2(medium)
(you may use tomato puree instead)
Carom seeds(ajwain)-1/3 tsp
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-3/4 tsp
Red chilli powder-2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil
Coriander leaves for garnishing
