The video shows the production stages of the minispot produced by involving Torart and Robotor: from the Carrara quarries to the ROBOTOR headquarters, where a BOT-ONE robot emerges from a block of marble two hands holding a Reebok shoe like a trophy. The backstage highlights the "system" ROBOTOR.
The text that accompanies the spot is significant: "The craftsmanship of luxury meets the culture of sport to shape the future expression of style." Marble is chosen as a symbol of Italy, sculpture for the values of craftsmanship, and technology of the robot for the necessary future vision, a future that does not betray traditional values but reinterprets them.
ROBOTOR was born from the experience in the field of marble processing of the two partners who, in 2004, founded TORART in Carrara. TORART uses the anthropomorphic robots of ROBOTOR for digital archaeology projects and the recovery of artistic heritage, as well as satisfying the requests of famous artists, designers, and architects worldwide. The sketch of the sculpture for the NGG spot was transformed into a 3D model, then automatically converted by OR-OS, the self-programming software created by ROBOTOR engineers, into tool paths sent to the robot. The ROBOTOR robot, "born from sculptors for sculpture," was able to start working without any human intervention.
