The Rise of Skywalker last of Star Wars Skywalker saga will definitely explain us the connection of Supreme Leader Snoke and Emperor Palpatine and probably confirm the old rumor and fan theory that Snoke is Palpatine.
In new Star Wars comics: Age of Resistance – Snoke #1 we have a scene where Supreme Leader Snoke takes Kylo Ren to Dagobah system where he admires Luke Skywalker. He also said to Kylo that he would conquer the whole Galaxy if he had Kylo's uncle by his side. Wasn't this the same plan that Palpatine had for Luke Skywalker? This comic book scene teases that Snoke is either possessed by Palpatine or it's a clone of Palpatine. Snoke's scars and deformations could be explained as incomplete rejuvenation.
