Tips For Preventing Falls In Seniors | What To Do If A Senior Falls | More Life Health
Join me (Mike - Physiotherapist) in this video I have created to take you through how to get up off the floor safely and in the most efficient way possible in case you need to (I.E you've fallen).
We obviously want to do what we can to prevent falls as much as possible. That is by getting into good physical shape and putting fall prevention measures in place if need be.
But we still want to live our life and ANYONE can have a fall.
