I don't know about you, but I have missed Shaun T's in the Beachbody community. I've gotten great results in the past from his workouts Focus T25, Insanity and Insanity Max 30. He's always been an awesome motivator, and his workouts get results. (even if I do curse his name from time to time while I'm doing them. Who's with me? 😄)
