What is Tie Time?
Tie Time is a character story developed by me (Kayla Castillo) and my good friend (Lucy Jewett) I made the Tie OC design a while ago and Lucy gave me a random story for him one day and we both decided to continue the story and development together! Adding more characters to his story and lore as well!
