By manipulating your fingers and toes into different positions and activating your pressure points, I have designed the last workout you will ever need to know. I am starting with the basics and the workouts will become more advanced as they progress. As a single father, I needed to create a workout that I could do at my home. I will have a Kids Edition where I will show you how I work out with my daughter on the yoga ball which gets me off the couch and interact with my daughter making memories.
