Last year, I had set off on a mission to put on muscle and be more active. At 22, I was at 56kg with little fat. Because of this, it was hard to lift heavy objects and keep up with day-to-day activites due to insufficient nutrients. I couldn't understand why I was this way until I saw self-improvement videos. It was then I decided to take on the challenge of being more active.
After 8 months of intense weight training, trying out group sports, and finally 2 months of boxing with a coach, I achieved 67.5kg in weight with less than 20% body fat. The journey has been unreal. And looking at me now versus me two years ago brings pride to my eyes.💥
