Well this took longer to make than it should have...Anyway! I did the 10 most OVERPOWERED weapons in TF2 history and now here are the 10 most UNDERPOWERED! Making this list makes me realize we got it pretty good nowadays. Cut the TF2 team some slack. BUT NOT TOO MUCH SLACK!
