West Bengal Leader of the Opposition and BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari hit out at the TMC-led state government over violence that erupted in Howrah district during Ram Navami celebrations on Thursday. He alleged that houses of Hindus were vandalised and they were forced to flee to save their lives. He further accused the Bengal Police of being “silent spectators”.
