How to change the names of the Inputs, Outputs, and Buses in Pro Tools.

If the names of your Inputs do not match your interface, or they are hard to read [i.e. Input 1 / Input 2.L (Mono)]

You can change the names of the Inputs, Outputs, and Buses in the I/O. (Setup --- I/O)

Once you have everything named correctly, it's a good idea to Export your settings.

Now, anytime you trash preferences, re-install Pro Tools, or switch between interfaces, you can quickly Import the correct settings for your audio interface.
