Tested on Kodi 18 on Linux, Kodi Android, MiniDLNA for windows.
ALL working the external (.srt) subs streaming to a LG-42LA6200.
At 3:12 you can see the delay to begin the movie with NO external subtitles.
It is a problem with windoze and kodi upnp library for windows.
The problem remains with Kodi 18.2 (Leia) , Windows 10.
