Ingredients
Milk - 1 L
Kesar - 1 pinch + Milk - 10 ml
Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped almonds - 25 grams
Chopped cashews - 25 grams
Chopped pistachios - 25 grams
Sugar - 200 grams
Preparation
In a kadhai add milk and cook for 10 minutes. Add kesar+milk mix and keep stirring. Add cardamom powder, chopped almonds, chopped cashews, chopped pistachios and sugar. Stir continuously and cook for 45 minutes till the quantity of milk reduces by about half.
Note: It is best to keep the flame at low throughout the cooking process.
