Setting up your frames to escape side control is something you were probably shown since you were a fresh new BJJ white belt. But what if doing that could get you in trouble?
Well, here today I'm going to show you a sneaky wrist lock that you can setup using the basic framing position most people in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu were shown. Next week I'll show you how to setup your frame differently.
This is a legit submission that I've used in many competitions and countless times in rolling. In fact one of my fastest submissions was hit using this technique.
